These guides are written for the people who carry the responsibility for a club redevelopment: board directors approving the spend, CEOs and general managers running the project day to day, and finance or house committees scrutinising the numbers. How the Five Pieces Fit Together

Use these guides together as your plans develop. Some activities overlap, and the order will depend on your scope and approval path.
